Job Summary

Lay Home Remodeling Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, preparing reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
