We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Hawk's Stucco Construction LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Budgeting: Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Schedule Management: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Contract Administration: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant security and safety regulations, including criminal record checks and adherence to company safety protocols.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with frequent travel required.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
