Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Contract Administration
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Communication and Reporting
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to management.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on various construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
Security and SafetyThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and provide proof of qualifications and certifications.
