Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes to contractual agreements.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with frequent travel to project sites.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check and have a valid work permit.
- Language: English language proficiency is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
