Position Overview

The role of the Site Superintendent at Wright Construction Services Inc. involves overseeing construction projects in various settings, including commercial and industrial sectors. This position requires a strong leader to manage teams effectively and ensure project completion within set timelines.

Educational Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment
  • Multiple job sites
  • Focus on commercial and industrial construction projects
Team Leadership

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams of:

  • 5-10 personnel
  • 11-15 personnel
  • Various working groups and contractors
Certifications and Training

Essential certifications include:

  • Leadership for Safety Excellence Course
  • Working at Heights Training
  • Construction Trade Certification
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • WHMIS Certificate
Travel and Transportation
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required
  • Willingness to travel frequently is essential
Work Conditions
