- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods as required.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple dining establishments.
- Design menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure a productive work environment.
