  • Proven leadership experience in insurance brokerage
  • Track record of fostering engaged teams across multiple locations
  • Experience in hybrid work environments
  • Strong understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Relevant college or university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
