Job Summary

A senior-level leader is sought to drive the direct sales and service of KM products, solutions, and IT services in a specific market or region. This role is responsible for all aspects of branch operations, including setting direction and achieving revenue and profit goals with full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate corporate vision into actionable strategies
  • Lead corporate vision and culture while realizing business objectives
  • Communicate corporate vision, objectives, and policies/procedures to meet business objectives
  • Engage, motivate, and drive results through the management of sales and service resources
  • Build partnerships with management to develop selling strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Progressive sales leadership experience in this industry or related technology field
  • Proven track record for building successful teams and strong business acumen

  • Strong management practices, such as team building, motivation, and coaching
  • Proven ability to directly manage and track performance
