Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Quebec branch and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of the branch, including financial objectives, customer relationships, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to build and strengthen customer relationships through financial advice and coaching.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging your expertise in personal and small business banking.
- Coach your team to achieve individual and branch-wide success, focusing on sales management, marketing, and client experience.
- Manage and minimize risk exposure for the Bank, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of Bank-wide initiatives and procedures, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a people manager, with a track record of engaging and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong background in personal and small business banking, with a focus on sales management and marketing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, focusing on providing exceptional client experiences and growing existing relationships.
- Licenses to sell mutual funds and completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Experience as a Branch Compliance Officer, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
