We are a dynamic and innovative nail salon seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Nail Salon Supervisor. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality nail care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services
    • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Operations Management
    • Monitor quality and production levels, maintaining high standards of excellence.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions
