Store Operations Manager

Fateh Merchandising Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our convenience store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Security Clearance: A criminal record check is required.
The Store Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
