- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise store staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
