Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Island Lubricants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Management
- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Analyze the effect of competitors' operations on sales and make recommendations for improvement.
- Merchandise and Services
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the store is profitable.
- Customer Service
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Staffing and Supervision
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail store management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
