We operate over 300 stores across the United States, Canada, and Australia, supplying our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.

We redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, providing our nonprofit partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
As a Store Operations Manager at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores, making important decisions that directly impact business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of team members to achieve store goals and objectives
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
