L'entreprise TOTEM recruteur de talent recherche un(e) adjoint(e) en finance pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste est permanent, avec un horaire de 35 heures par semaine en mode hybride.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner avec divers intervenants internes et externes pour assurer la gestion efficace des opérations financières.
  • Fournir un support logistique à l'équipe pour garantir la réussite des projets.
  • Mettre à jour la base de données et assurer le suivi de projets pour maintenir une traçabilité optimale.
  • Aider la Directrice des Opérations dans les mises à jour du site web pour améliorer la visibilité de l'entreprise.
  • Préparer les suivis pour les paiements des projets financés pour garantir la régularité des paiements.
  • Appuyer l'équipe dans la gestion des performances des programmes de financement pour optimiser les résultats.
  • Surveillance des tableaux de bord, gestion des rapports et livrables annuels pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements pour renforcer les relations avec les partenaires.
  • Assister la Directrice des Opérations dans la gestion comptable des partenaires pour garantir la conformité.

Exigences

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration, secrétariat ou comptabilité.
  • Fortes compétences en autonomie, initiative et gestion des priorités pour travailler de manière efficace.
  • Service client de qualité pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe pour collaborer avec les collègues.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français pour communiquer efficacement.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft Office pour utiliser les outils de productivité.
  • Connaissance des CRM (serait un atout) pour améliorer les processus.
