About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As an integral part of our "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are serviced and prepared in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they enter the service area and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Keep all vehicles parked in the correct areas and maintain a clean and organized parking lot.
  • Valet and check-in customer vehicles, and move them as required.
  • Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
  • Aptitude for customer relations and a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer service.
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written).
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • A proven commitment to quality of work.
