**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team at our East Gwillimbury clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, managing appointment bookings, and upholding excellent customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Warmly greet patients as they enter our clinic
  • Check patients in and out of the office
  • Communicate with patients in person and via phone
  • Bill patients, medical service providers, and other third parties
  • Administer pre-testing services
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

**Requirements**

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
