Our team of professionals is committed to delivering world-class service to our patients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Optical Associate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient interaction.
- Assist patients in selecting the best eyewear options for their lifestyle, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear.
- Perform repairs and adjustments to returning patients' eyewear, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Uphold a high level of customer service standards, using charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment is preferred.
- Previous optical experience is considered an asset.
- Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers.
- A great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
