Eyewear Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Associate to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on eyewear choices, ensuring they receive the best value and quality for their lifestyle.
• Inform patients about the latest advancements in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with frame selection to meet their aesthetic and performance needs.
• Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure accurate fit and positioning of new eyewear.
• Place contact lens orders and assist with fittings, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties to ensure seamless billing and payment processes.
• Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients warmly and upholding high standards of care and professionalism.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment is preferred.
• Previous optical experience is considered an asset.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• High level of comfort using technology and computers, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to provide exceptional patient care and support.
