Job Overview
As a key member of our team, the Logistics Transport Specialist will report directly to the Business Centre Manager. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders for Fire Service Management are picked up and delivered efficiently using the Company vehicle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to the correct location and customer;
- Collaborate with the delivery coordinator to optimize delivery routes;
- Unload and position materials according to customer preferences;
- Actively listen to customer feedback and address their needs;
- Adapt to changes in routes and schedules as necessary;
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken French; English proficiency is a plus;
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Customer-focused attitude;
- Able to manage loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
