BRP is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team

As a global leader in the powersports industry, BRP designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative recreational vehicles and boats. We are committed to creating exceptional experiences for our customers worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze the impact of new product launches on warehouse space, packaging, labor requirements, transportation networks, and inventory management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize inventory levels and address logistical challenges.
  • Conduct thorough budget analyses for projects, preparing comprehensive documentation and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with transportation, packaging, inventory storage, and warehouse capacity utilization.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of logistics expertise within the company, specifically focusing on electric vehicle technologies.
  • Create compelling presentations for executive-level stakeholders, effectively communicating complex logistical information.

Your qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management/Logistics, or a related field is required.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and French; Spanish language proficiency is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), as well as project management software tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive and self-directed approach, coupled with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
