Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at EXPRESS LUBE & TIRE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment that meets company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Merchandise Control: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.
Work Environment

As a Front End Supervisor at EXPRESS LUBE & TIRE, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime during peak periods.
