Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve customer payments by cheque.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
