Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at EXPRESS LUBE & TIRE. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the sales floor is adequately staffed and that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare sales reports and other data to help management make informed decisions about sales strategies and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
