Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at La Taquisa Restaurant Inc. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Train staff
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
