Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prime Hut Pizza & Indian Cuisine Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food is prepared and served on time.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into food service operations and customer feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring that food is presented attractively and efficiently.
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Standing for extended periods and walking required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

40 hours per week, permanent position.
