Restaurant Operations Manager

At Executive Inn Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain negotiations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees in their integration into the workforce.
- Support for Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion.
