Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and locate required parts.
  • Inventory Management: Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in a safe and organized manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Locate and ship parts to customers and other branches in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required, ensuring excellent customer service skills.
  • Inventory Control: Place inventory stock orders, make inventory and bin adjustments, and accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, and inventory information.
  • Equipment Operation: Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems to efficiently manage inventory and complete tasks.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Capable of meeting the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, to provide a positive experience for customers.
