Northstar Bicycle Co is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall success and accuracy of our online store. From order confirmation to final shipment, you will achieve company order timeline goals. You will strive to learn the most effective and up to date ways to provide quick and accurate service. While this is a one-person department, don’t worry, all other members of our team are willing to lend a hand when the going gets busy. We are looking for an overall guest centric individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and organizing incoming order capture and payments.
- Creating and upholding growing and positive relationships with all guests.
- Entering all online special order products with assistance of the Shipper/Receiver.
- Pick in-store items, assist with warranties and returns, and organize local pick-ups.
- Packaging, labelling and shipping items.
- Communication through internal channels to keep everything running smoothly.
- Submit order reports to the Manager.

Qualifications:

- Must be an organized self-starter and capable of working independently and as a team.
- Professional experience in the customer service field (1 year minimum required).
- Professional experience with data entry (1 year recommended).
- Basic knowledge of bicycle repair, service maintenance, and diagnosis. Advanced knowledge will be coached.
- Previous knowledge of shipment software an asset, but not required.
- Previous knowledge of a POS system an asset, but not required.
- Previous training module completion (Trek U, S-Tec, etc.) an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to work some weekends, some holidays, and extended sale periods as required.
