About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Reno Depot. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store's night shift department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Implement effective merchandising strategies and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the night shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is secure and well-maintained.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our products.
  • Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting and training new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in personnel management and retail business management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, resourceful, and autonomous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
