At Fed Finance, we're seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as participating in the follow-up and accounting of expense reports and time sheets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Reviewing customer invoices
  • Performing month-end entries and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing various government reports (GST, QST, etc.)
  • Participating in ad hoc administrative projects assigned during the year

Requirements:

  • DEC in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in an accounting firm
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
