Chef Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our culinary team at Hakka Legend. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, working closely with our executive chef to ensure exceptional presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up kitchen stations according to restaurant guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prepare food as required for daily operations, adhering to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Restock items as needed throughout shifts and use kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards, ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Assist in cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management, supporting the success of our culinary team.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to lift 50lbs and work long hours.
  • One year experience in the food industry, with a commitment to serving high-quality food in a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays, with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
