THE NEW MYNA CONVENIENCE AND APARTMENTS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
