We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Train and supervise office support staff as needed
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for office operations
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Valid Canadian work permit (if applicable)
