Job Summary

Huntel Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual System/Network Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices using a ticketing system and issue resolution process.
  • System Administration: Assist System Administrators in day-to-day operations and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP scopes, and Group Policy Objects.
  • Network Engineering: Assist Network Engineers in LAN, Wireless LAN, and WAN troubleshooting on Cisco devices.
  • Level 2 Support: Provide Level 2 support by identifying and providing input on unique and recurring internal customer problems.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage and maintain IT Asset management systems like Lansweeper.
  • Vendor Support: Assist vendors in supporting and installing other IT-related equipment, including IP cameras and access control systems.
Requirements
  • IT Experience: Experience across multiple IT disciplines, including hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects.
  • Cisco Experience: Hands-on experience in basic configuration and support on Cisco Switches and Wireless Access Points.
  • Networking Knowledge: Working knowledge of computer networking and cabling infrastructure.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft Office products, iPhone and iPad devices, and apps.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
