Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Interaction: Assisting clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Addressing inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and managing billing requests.
  • Client Outreach: Proactively reaching out to clients regarding their policies to ensure we consistently provide the most appropriate coverage.
  • Effective Communication: Engaging with potential clients through phone, email, and SMS to build trust and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking personal performance and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining precise records of client interactions and entering follow-up tasks into our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the customer service team to meet collective goals. Contributing to strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and overall satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Successfully completing broker examinations (AMF and RIBO) within your first year with us.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in both oral and written communication in French and English
  • A quick learner with a keen interest in technology
