We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Education Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clinical development, managing inventory, and educating customers on our cutting-edge products and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site education and consulting to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
  • Support field personnel to provide exceptional service and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop strategic sales plans and drive business growth.
  • Participate in industry conventions and meetings to increase product awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Lead clinical education programs to educate customers on our products and technology.
  • Develop marketing and selling objectives to drive business results.
  • Plan and coordinate workshops and events to educate customers and promote our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a certificate program in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Background in nursing education or technical sales is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare system and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license to travel to customer sites.

Compensation: $77,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
