The Canadian Corporate Tax team is seeking experienced Senior Consultants to join their team at the KPMG Montreal office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or participate in client engagements, working closely with Partners and senior team members on tax planning work.
- Plan and organize teams for tax return preparation, conduct and present tax research, and review junior staff work for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement tax-planning strategies for clients, taking the lead on tax return preparation and presenting findings to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience specializing in Tax in a public accounting firm.
- Professional Accounting Designation and completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course.
- Excellent people management skills, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth, excellent client service skills, and a dedication to achieving high standards of client service and professionalism.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflicting demands and priorities.
