Senior Property Tax Consultant

Altus Group Limited/Groupe Altus Limitée is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Tax Consultant to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our property tax consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property tax matters, including tax assessments, tax appeals, and tax planning.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in property tax assessments and appeals.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive property tax consulting services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in property tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on how to navigate these changes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property tax consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
