Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for a variety of roles, including administrative positions, internal hires, therapists, and clinical staff. This pivotal role is crucial for attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent who resonate with our commitment to delivering outstanding care to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment across diverse fields, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the specific requirements within the healthcare and administrative sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles throughout the organization.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in top-tier talent for both administrative and clinical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across various departments and offer insights on market trends and best practices.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates for a wide array of positions.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide prompt feedback to candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future staffing requirements, covering administrative, clinical, and internal roles.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of all recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including administrative, internal, and clinical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices across various disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with BreezyHR, PayChex, Slack, Asana, and Google Suite is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
