Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of roles, including administrative positions, internal hires, therapists, and clinical personnel. This position plays a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent that aligns with our mission of delivering outstanding care to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment across diverse fields, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the specific requirements within the healthcare and administrative sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles throughout the organization.
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in top talent for both administrative and clinical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across various departments and offer insights on market trends and best practices.
- Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates for a wide array of positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide prompt feedback to candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future staffing requirements, covering administrative, clinical, and internal roles.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Keep accurate and current records of all recruitment activities.
- Work closely with the senior management team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a range of roles, including administrative, internal, and clinical positions.
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices across various disciplines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with BreezyHR, PayChex, Slack, Asana, and Google Suite is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
