Restaurant Administrator

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess the leadership skills necessary to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Enhance shareholder value through efficient operations and cost controls.
- Restaurant Management: Manage a corporate-owned restaurant in line with company policies while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Supervise daily operations including labor scheduling, supply management, and team development.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Financial Management: Oversee profit & loss by maintaining cash security procedures, managing inventory, and analyzing financial reports.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and supervise team members.
- Equipment and Facilities: Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
- Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Implement marketing programs effectively.
- Employee Engagement: Create a safe work environment and promote safe practices.
- Employee Recognition: Recognize and motivate employees.
- Customer Service: Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership: Ability to build and lead a strong team.
- Business Acumen: Basic business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy.
- Education and Experience: Preferably a college or university degree, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Industry Experience: Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility.
