Restaurant Operations Manager

At Chipotle, we're changing the face of fast food by serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food with wholesome ingredients without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. As an Apprentice General Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop the restaurant team, focusing on Kitchen and Service Managers.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative duties, including payroll, inventory, food ordering, and cash handling.
- Build sales and manage the restaurant budget.
- Maintain a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service.
- Assist with local store marketing opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English.
- Possess a related field degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Have knowledge of and ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
