Restaurant Operations Manager

At Chipotle, we're changing the face of fast food, starting conversations, and directly supporting efforts to shift the future of farming and food. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Apprentice General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and developing the restaurant team, especially Kitchen and Service Managers
- Assisting the General Manager in performing administrative duties, including payroll, inventory, food ordering, and cash handling
- Building sales and managing the restaurant budget
- Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service
- Assisting with local store marketing opportunities
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
- High school diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Knowledge of and ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
