Education
  • Completion of secondary education is required
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, coordinate, and plan the activities of production personnel operating machinery and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber components and products
  • Develop strategies to achieve production timelines and collaborate with other departments
  • Advise on staffing decisions including recruitment and promotions
  • Compile production reports and other relevant documentation
  • Propose initiatives to improve efficiency and product standards
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Instruct team members on their roles, safety protocols, and organizational policies
  • Order necessary materials, tools, and supplies
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of applicable experience in a similar role
  • Type of Employment: Permanent
  • Language of Work: English
  • Standard Work Hours: 40 hours per week
