Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Plascon Plastics Corp. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Units: Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- Recommend Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports.
- Improve Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train Staff: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
