Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Plascon Plastics Corp. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Ensure that production schedules are met and that production activities are coordinated with other departments.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and training to production team members, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Improve Productivity and Quality: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, and implement measures to achieve these goals.
- Manage Resources: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
