Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to support the clinical practice development of Nurse Practitioners within Northern Health.
- Provide leadership and facilitation to various initiatives that promote quality clinical support and professional development for Nurse Practitioners.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations to advance Nurse Practitioner practice.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Executive Leads, and other stakeholders to develop and implement integrated healthcare services.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Current practicing registration as a Nurse Practitioner with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in administrative and advanced nursing leadership roles, including 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and implement programs and planned changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to client-focused care.
