Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in need of rehabilitation services.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Formulate goals and recommendations to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and work effectively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
