About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals for health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in occupational therapy to provide the best possible care to clients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology.
